    Physicalpresence during maintenance work

    • Presence during any maintenancerelated work activity in the store (Often in the night after storeclosing).

    Budgeting andFinance

    • TheJH must be involved in the annual business planning will alsomanage monthly budgets
    • JH will be sometimes ifrequired will create PO and will track invoices and will make surethe work is completed with allocated SLA and invoiced by theService Provider

    AssetManagement

    • The JH will have to manage all thenon merchandise assets stored inside stock rooms for businessrelated activity purposes.

    Required Skills to besuccessful:-

    • Good PC skills and qualificationsfrom supply chain management/logisticsinstitute
    • Ability to deal effectively withpressure and stress
    • Must have excellentinterpersonal and communication skills both oral andwritten
    • Excellent organizational skills andability to show initiative
    • Self-motivated,reliable and confident
    • Positive attitude andability to work well with others
    • Good knowledgeof MS Office products

    What Equips You ForThe Role

    • 2- 3 years in Retail stock handling role in local market is a mustrequirement.
    • Excellent skills in MicrosoftExcel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Able to dealeffectively, openly and positively
    • Goodcommunication skills (both written andverbal)
    • Must have good command of the Englishlanguage. Knowledge of written & oral Arabic will be adefinite advantage
