1- Duty ManagerJob: Full TimeLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEDescription:To ensure that quality and safe patient care is delivered by co-ordinating and facilitating the management of clinical and non-clinical resources as well as support services in the facilityJob Responsibilities:

Provide managerial and leadership guidance to all multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality and safe patient care during shiftTo activate, co-ordinate and manage all clinical or non-clinical emergenciesTo provide effective and efficient operational guidance and support in the absence of Unit Manager or Head of DepartmentTo achieve the clinical quality according to set policies and procedures


Job Requirements:

Essential:
Bachelor of Nursing from a recognised Nursing InstituteDesired: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare fieldEssential:
At least 3-5 years' senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital
