- Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.

- Monitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with approved guidelines while promptly reporting any variances to management.
- Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the Leasing team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
- Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet FGB-NBAD and department requirements, policies and quality standards.
- Achieve the leasing target in terms of rentals, TAF and occupancy rate for new and commercial property.
- Develop relationships with Brokers (Real Estate Agencies), private tenants and Government departments in order to secure their interest in new projects and existing vacant commercial units available for leasing.
- Acquire a thorough and accurate knowledge of the property portfolio; the range and size of properties available; the leasing requirements, the rental pricing structure and the vacating process.
- Follow-up with potential clients on a regular basis, matching their requirements to property availability.
- Respond to customer enquiries on rental availability received via the Call Centre within 24 hours of being notified.
- Arrange site visits for corporate and individual clients.
- Undertake periodic viewing of properties, reporting on the overall conditions and notifying FM of any defects, so they are maintained in good condition.
- Issue offer letters for potential clients.
- Collect all documents before the contract is issued together with the associated payments, TAF, security deposit and rental charge.
- Create a commercial tenant file as per FAB Properties policy and procedures, filing copies of all relevant documents.
- Deliver an engaging and unified customer experience to prospective and existing commercial tenants.
- Bachelor's degree in arts (BA) or Sciences (BS) or another related discipline.
- Seven years' relevant experience in the property management or leasing sector in a senior role, either in the UAE or the global market.
