    • Have a keen knowledge of all food& beverage outlets and concepts in order to completeadministrative functions.
    • Be extremelyorganized and have very strong administrative skills and takeresponsibility for all related F&B administrativematters
    • Be able to converse well in English,both verbally and in written format
    • Handlingthe daily flow of incoming and outgoing telephone calls andmessages with proper and professional phone etiquette as perstandards.
    • Prepare necessary documents fordaily morning briefing for the Director Food & Beverage andschedule all F&B meetings.
    • Manage thediary of the Director Food & Beverage in the most effectiveway and respond promptly to emails asrequired.
    • Assist the Director Food &Beverage by creating Power Point presentations, Excel spreadsheetsand type any letters and memorandums as designated with properspelling and correct format.
    • Verify and adjustthe F&B management team clock in and clock out records andmaintain the attendance system on a daily basis and update thevacation plan frequently.
    • Ensure allcorrespondence and the general filing system are executedflawlessly and are constantly updated andmaintained.
    • Request and order stationary andoffice supplies on a weekly basis.
    • Processexpense reports, coordinating the submission of proposals, planningmeetings and maintaining departmental databaserecords.
    • Prepare and maintain all relevantmonthly and weekly F&B reports, analyses, distribute andfile the daily flow of information to and from theoffice.
    • Attend meetings, take down minutes whenrequested and perform any other reasonable duties as required bythe Director Food & Beverage.
    • Handlebooking enquires and restaurant reservations calls asrequired.
    • Communicate clearly and directly withall colleagues and superiors and avoid misunderstandings and othershortfalls caused by the lack ofcommunication.
    • Be committed to being a teamplayer proactively cooperating and supporting superiors inadministrative tasks.
    • Inform the managementteams of any misconduct of colleagues and provide evidence toproceed with a disciplinary action as appropriate in accordancewith Mandarin Oriental, Jumeiraprocedures.
