• Periodical visits to HCPs inhospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitalsto establish strong scientific based relationship and position ourHealthcare Nutrition solutions as preferred solutions with theHCP's and position SN as Company of first choice for theHCPs. With the appropriate level of scientific based argumentationand relationship development, convince HCPs to choose our solutionsas first choice.
• Ensureall doctors/HCP/KOL receive the right message, information, andclinical studies.
• Illustrate the benefit/s ofour solutions to the HCPs.
• Conduct scientificaudio / visual meetings for HCPs.
• Identitybusiness opportunities within respective area and evaluatelearning's to develop business initiativesand
• tactics to realize the realpotential.
• Implement "weekly callcycle" in constant coordination with directmanager.
• Understand and respond to competitiveactivities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act thesein order to help protect our marketposition.
• Maintaining a high level of productknowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain allproduct information and hand outs and answer any question fromHCP.
• Following up customerqueries/complaints.
• Review business plan inline with cycle objectives on a quarterly basis with the Head ofUAE.
• Compile and submit reports on promotionalactivities in accordance to established formats andschedule.
• Ensure that all business is conformto the WHO and local government code of ethics for infant formulaproducts.
• Conducting seminars and detailingnutrition education activities.
• Daily databasemanagement and compliance with administrative procedures &processes.
• Ensure the accomplishment ofqualitative and quantitative key performance indicators assignedfor him/her for his/her respective area on daily, monthly andyearly bases.
• Participate in daily and/orweekly meetings to discuss the market situation, problems that werefaced and to appraise.
• the activities versusthe monthly KPIs.
• Helping to runseminars/events.
• Collecting intelligence on theHCP Universe, e.g. identifying newcontacts.
• Monitor all competitor activities,including consumer offers, medical conferences and round tables andreport it to management.
• Conduct medicaldetailing face to face call and have on-going contact withidentified lists of HCPs across the defined geographicalarea.
• Build strong relationships to targetedHCPs and mapping the Decision-Making networks in theregion.
• Carry out promotional activities withtargeted HCPs.
• Update competitor intelligenceand input into database.
• Record and report backon call visits and progress against setobjectives.
• Attend and participate in internalmeetings as required.
