We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Secretary who is fluent in Arabic to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, inquiries, and visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and welcoming manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting mail, distributing packages, and managing courier services.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating calendars and sending out meeting invitations as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning documents, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required, including typing documents, preparing presentations, and assisting with special projects.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Assist with basic translation and interpretation tasks for Arabicspeaking clients or colleagues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow within the organization.

Requirements:


  • Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, fax machines, and multiline phone systems.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in highpressure situations or fastpaced environments.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

From AED4,000.00 per month
