Description
Answering inbound calls of applicants/Customers who are calling to enquire for passport related enquires.

  • Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.
  • Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.
  • Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy of India (EOI)/Consulate General of India (CGI)
  • Promoting Value Added Services.
  • Achieving monthly targets by upselling of services.

Additional Skills are Requirements

  • Upselling and convincing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service for a year minimum.
  • Should have a valid residence visa in Dubai.
  • Flexible in working hours
  • Should be a team player

Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month
