Call Center Executive - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - BLS International Services
Description
Answering inbound calls of applicants/Customers who are calling to enquire for passport related enquires.- Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.
- Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.
- Constantly updating self on the updates set by Embassy of India (EOI)/Consulate General of India (CGI)
- Promoting Value Added Services.
- Achieving monthly targets by upselling of services.
Additional Skills are Requirements
- Upselling and convincing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service for a year minimum.
- Should have a valid residence visa in Dubai.
- Flexible in working hours
- Should be a team player
Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month
