Description

Responsibilities
Planning and managing the entire transport operations and customer services.

Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and third-party vendors.

Keep track of daily operations, quality of work, transport costs and efficiency.

Reviewing and updating policy and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Involve in hiring process for right talents, training and ensure KPIs are achieved.

Investigate and resolve any arising problems, customer complaints.

Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets.

Ensure all assets are in good working condition and are fully utilized in operations.

Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Plan and forecast future business requirements and make recommendations.


Requirement and skills
Proven similar working experience in a managerial role.

Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.

Proficient in latest technology and ERP software.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply chain.


Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
