Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide product and service recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Generate leads and prospect new customers through various channels.
  • Close sales and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay uptodate on industry trends and new products.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
