• Able to demonstrate a comprehensiveand confident knowledge of best practice pedagogy from FS to Y6 ora significant age range span.
• Able todemonstrate a desire to be innovative and creative in the provisionoffered for VTS learners to ensure all cansucceed.
• Knowledgeable in computationalthinking and skills needed to succeed through vocational pathwaysor a willingness to learn about these.
• Able todemonstrate a commitment to inclusion.
• Able todemonstrate genuine passion towards the wider co-curricular life ofa school.
