    The incumbent will be responsible topromote products and services to customers, discover and pursue newsales prospects, negotiate contracts, and maintain customersatisfaction with the aim of maximizing profits.


    Policies &Procedures:

    • Adhere to allZahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

    Market Research:

    • Conducting market research to identify newpotential customers.
    • Analyzing market trendsto identify new products in the market and understanding theiradvantages and disadvantages.
    • Planning andassisting with new product releases and events.
    • Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops, reviewing professional publications, establishingpersonal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, andparticipating in professional societies.

    Business Development:

    • Establishing contact with new customers toinform them of our products, understanding their need and how wecan help them.
    • Providing potential customerswith support, information, and guidance by performing productdemonstrations to them and gathering their feedback.
    • Following up with the new customers after the demosession to negotiate contracts and packages.
    • Ensuring all details of the contract are compliant withour rules & regulations.
    • Following upwith the Procurement & Logistics team with regards tosending them the products and ensuring that it reaches them ontime.


    • Coordinating with the Marketing Department for any newmaterials that need to be done.


    • Maintaining relationships with existing customers byproviding them with support, information, and guidance.
    • Recommending new products to existing customers as pertheir need and providing them with support, information, andguidance to ensure a great relationship with them.
    • Providing existing customers with support, information,and guidance by performing product demonstrations to them andgathering their feedback.
    • Assisting thecustomers in answering all product-related questions in aprofessional and timely manner.
    • Recommendingnew service improvements to further build on therelationship.
    • Advising helpful new productrecommendations and suggestions to customers to increaserevenue.
    • Negotiating contracts and packageswith existing customers.
    • Maintaining qualityservice by establishing and enforcing Zahrawi standards.
    • Contributing to the team effort by achieving the annualtarget set by the management and assisting the team whenneeded.


    • Preparingreports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information andmaintaining accurate records of all products sold.


    • Placing orders to the concerned purchasecoordinator.


    • Coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure properinvoicing of the products and following up with them with regardsto the collection/payment.


    • Coordinate with the warehouse for the timelydeliveries.


    • Conducting training session to customers.
    • Assisting the customers with the equipment that is beingused.
    • Solving any issues that they might befacing while using the equipment.


    • Education: BachelorsDegree
    • Additional details:Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE
    • Experience: 3 - 4 years ofexperience.
    • Job SpecificSkills: Require a good knowledge in Medical Equipment,ICU, Respiratory
