Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ERP system enhancements and customizations.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ERP solutions with a focus on HR modules, including but not limited to personnel management, Employee Self Service, payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and performance management.
  • Customize and configure ERP software to align with organizational policies, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP functionality, performance, and integration, providing timely support and maintenance as needed.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in ERP development, HR technology, and relevant industry regulations to recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to support ERPrelated projects and initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP development, with a focus on HR modules (e.g., SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, etc.).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Reactjs,NextJs,Vuejs, Java, Python, or others commonly used in ERP development.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience customizing and configuring ERP systems to meet specific business needs and requirements.
  • Knowledge of ERP integration methods, APIs, and data migration techniques.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
