Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ERP system enhancements and customizations.
Design, develop, test, and deploy ERP solutions with a focus on HR modules, including but not limited to personnel management, Employee Self Service, payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and performance management.
Customize and configure ERP software to align with organizational policies, workflows, and regulatory compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP functionality, performance, and integration, providing timely support and maintenance as needed.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in ERP development, HR technology, and relevant industry regulations to recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to support ERPrelated projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in ERP development, with a focus on HR modules (e.g., SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, etc.).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Reactjs,NextJs,Vuejs, Java, Python, or others commonly used in ERP development.
Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience customizing and configuring ERP systems to meet specific business needs and requirements.
Knowledge of ERP integration methods, APIs, and data migration techniques.
Excellent problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
