Oracle Fusion Delivery Manager Application development Senior Manager

Role


You'll be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing support for an Oracle Fusion Financials solution which will be integrated into our health services and insurance businesses across International Markets.

About You


You're a very experienced Oracle Fusion consultant with a strong track record of leading and delivering multiple successful end to end implementations of the Oracle Fusion Financials product set.

Strong experience of the following financials modules is a must ( AP, AR, FA, CM, GL )

You'll be an experienced leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management nt skills, comfortable operating with c-level down to front line staff.

With a strong financial background, you must be passionate about Oracle and keep up to date with the latest enhancements, releases, and future roadmaps.


Core responsibilities:

Accountable for the successful delivery of end-to-end Oracle Fusion Implementations
Manages the System Integrator and Oracle Product teams in partnership with the internal teams to ensure successful delivery
Manages the vendors ensuring they adhere to agreed project plans, delivery timelines, quality measurements and budget

Build and manage an internal team of Oracle analysts, consultants and implementers to support Oracle Fusion implementations across International Health.

(Must be capable of delivering future implementations without the need for a SI.)
Develop the product roadmap for International Health's implementation of Oracle Fusion
Lead functional and technical design workshops for existing and new business requirements
Lead the team to identify business requirements and map them functionally to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and cross functional modules
Develop strong relationships with the Finance community leadership, demonstrate Oracle Fusion capabilities and benefits that can be achieved
Manage the Oracle Fusion implementation workstream plan and budget


Essential:

Degree in Finance, Business Management or similar.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Oracle Financials consultant
M inimum 7 + EBS implementation / support project experience
Subject matter expert within the Oracle Fusion ERP financials Domain including ( AP, AR, FA, CM, GL)
Expert in Oracle E-business Tax
Experienced in programme leadership
Experienced in building teams, managing and developing people
Experience in managing end-to-end delivery of Oracle solutions
Broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Oracle Cloud ERP product
Ability to design and describe complex ERP (Finance and Operations) centric solutions on the Oracle Fusion platform
Oracle ERP Certifications is a plus. Specialization in Finance module on EBS & Fusion cloud


Desirable:

Experience gained within an operational finance/accounting role
Previous Project experiences in finance transformation
Experience working with Agile development methodologies
