Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our sales team.

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers in outdoor settings to promote and sell our products/services.

Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities by conducting market research, cold-calling, and attending events or trade shows.

Outdoor Sales Presentations:
Meet with prospective clients in outdoor locations such asbusiness premises to showcase our products/services and address their needs.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Continuous Improvement:
Seek feedback from customers and team members to improve sales techniques, strategies, and customer experiences.

Requirements:

Preferably in outdoor sales or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. High level of motivation and resilience to overcome challenges and objections.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with sales software.
