Pastry Chef

Job Summary


Highly determined and enthusiastic pastry chef is required to join our growing team Responsible for pastry preparation following modern and french recipes.

Pastry section experience is required with a minimum of 2 years.


Skills & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a French and Modern Pastry Chef.
  • Knowledge of various baking procedures and method.
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and check quality of material and devices used for cooking.
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
