    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to deliver specialized medical care to our patients, who range from newborns to adolescents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions while educating families on preventive healthcare strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients to identify potential health issues.
    • Diagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries in a timely manner.
    • Administer vaccinations and oversee preventative care protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Provide guidance to parents on key aspects of child development, nutrition, and safety.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions in electronic medical records.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric medicine to enhance patient care.

    Requirements:

    • Holds an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
    • Is board certified in Pediatrics with a strong foundation in clinical knowledge.
    • Possesses a current state medical license and relevant professional credentials.
    • Has a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a pediatric setting, with a proven track record of success.
    • Demonstrates exceptional critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.
    • Exhibits excellent communication skills when interacting with children and their families.
    • Works effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.
    • Is proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems and technology.
    • Adept in Spanish is considered an asset for enhanced patient care and engagement.
