Consultant/Specialist in Colon and Rectal SurgeryWe are currently seeking a talented and experienced Consultant/Specialist in Colon and Rectal Surgery to join our team.

As a Consultant/Specialist in Colon and Rectal Surgery at SearchPlus HR, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the colon, rectum, and anus.

Your expertise in surgical interventions and patient care will contribute to improving the quality of life for our patients.
Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' conditions and diagnose colon and rectal diseases and disordersPerform various surgical procedures, including colorectal cancer resections, anal fistula repairs, and hemorrhoidectomiesPrescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage symptoms and promote healingProvide pre-operative and post-operative care to patientsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plansEducate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative careMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentationStay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of colon and rectal surgeryAdhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care

Requirements

Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Colon and Rectal SurgeryResidency training in Colon and Rectal SurgerySpecialization or fellowship training in Colon and Rectal SurgeryProven experience in performing various colon and rectal surgeriesSound knowledge of colon and rectal surgery techniques, procedures, and medical equipmentExcellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleaguesAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamDetail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyCommitment to patient safety and quality careContinuous learning and professional developmentAbility to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

BenefitsWorking Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K.
