Execute, plan, assign, supervise, review and participate in diagnosis, repair and inspection of repaired items.

Assist Maintenance Supervisor in the preparation of preventive maintenance plan for air conditioning and provide relevant information to Supervisor Maintenance as required.
Receive breakdown report/service requisition from concerned department to carry out any repairing work.
Assign Technician for diagnosis of the requested repair and maintenance.
Prepare Service Order and process for approval.
Read specifications of diagnosis on work performed and analyze the nature of repairing works and required accessories to carry out such maintenance.
Prepare Spare Parts Request Slip and coordinate with Store department for issuance of required spare parts.
Receive back used accessories from Technician and check if repair is needed or not.
Check the compliance of the work done by Electrician to safety and quality standards.
Oversee the performance of skilled tasks in the repair of air conditioner.
Develop and distribute work plan assignments and ensures timely completion.
Maintain data base of repair works and prepare reports relating to major air conditioning repairs.
Ensure and participates in the diagnoses of the repair and replacement of components.
Prepare and review of maintenance related documents.
Take feedback from concerned department after the repair of air conditioner.
Perform other task/project as assigned by Maintenance Manager

Education

Diploma in Air conditioning

Experience

Minimum five (5) years of experience as a technician in air conditioning maintenance function.
Working experience in UAE and any other Gulf countries preferred.
Individual shall have working experience in a large organization and may lead the team of Technicians

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
