JOB OBJECTIVE

• To provide in depth communicationsystem expertise

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

• Covering thescope of companys communications systems includingestablishment/update of the scope split documentation and workingclosely with the General Interface & Integration Managerwith company PDAs (ATC COM OCS and AFC) and company systemengineers to establish and develop the DCID (Design (Civil)Construction Interface Documents) that contains the interfacebetween company and civil scope.
• Update theDCID as required during design development and key decisions madewith civil party.
• Support review andestablishment of project alignment (horizontal and verticalalignment) and freezing/configuration management of alignment fordistribution to key project stakeholders (including Train supplierand internal customers).
• Coordinate the reviewof the civil scope design drawings for stations guide waysubstations architecture Site survey) and depots to confirmsuitability with company scope of work. This requires significantliaison with various internal stakeholders (subsystem engineers andPDA) as well as external civil/client stakeholders (stationdesigners architects/engineers guide way designersetc.).
• Support development of key handover andQC documents for civil scope.
• Support reviewand acceptance of civil handover/QCmaterial
• Support and facilitate variousanalysis related to interfacing between company Civil scope andConsortium partners scope (depot/yard storage layout walkwayarrangement grounding/stray current provisions conduit/block outrequirements track plan including traveltime/headway).
• Participating in regularinterface meetings between companys Client and Consortium partnersand facilitate actions through publishing minutes of meeting andletters between company and others parties describe above.
• Write correspondence to support the flow ofinformation between Project Management and the client procurementand the suppliers and stakeholders within thecompany.
