- Building sales dashboard by simplifying large data using Macros, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL

- Designing the Commercial Calendar covering with thematic & tactical events across GCC Stores with the right offers, marketing activities, new store openings, brand campaigns, store refits, new store launch offers.
- Deep dive on GP & Markdown analysis which in results support for planning the commercial calendar with increased profitability.
- To provide business leaders with relevant business information in a standard format that supports clear understanding communication and drives effective decision making.
- Responsible for identifying business opportunities which will grow revenue and improve profit by using all available information and benchmarking stores and channels.
- Accountable for Business information reporting and ensure standard practices are adhered to.
- Analyzing Customer Shopping Pattern and presenting a study on change of customer preference using company's loyalty program data.
