- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership role

- Minimum 10 years of experience in brand, marketing & communications, preferably in luxury brands, hospitality, or private members club sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand & communication strategies.
- Strong creative and analytical abilities.
- Deep appreciation for tradition and history, combined with a forward-thinking mindset.
