Respond & Provide solutions to customers who have distribution, service & or quality claims

:

-
Review all telephone orders until current day and ensure their competition. Re Dispatch incomplete to appropriate person

:

-
Collect, Analyze & Regularly report actionable information and customer views, comments, requests & Concerns to HOD Business Manager / Distribution Manager / Distribution Supervisor/ Sales Supervisor/ And Contact Centre Supervisor

:

Follow up on customer inquiries if not immediately resolved or by notes provided or to reporting officers

:

-
Prepare & Setup consumer insight surveys as well as tabulate & report on results

:

-
Report on all Customer Service KPIs to reporting supervisor on a daily/ weekly / monthly basis

:

-
Analyze skips for the assigned route and report problem areas to the route supervisor through the Contact Centre Supervisor.

Daily skip analysis of assigned route and verify the same with the Route supervisor and Contact Centre Supervisor.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience

:

- customer service: 1 year (required)
