DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
Prepare and executesecured assets strategy for PBG with focus on balance sheet andrevenue growth by effectively developing and rolling out securedproducts and effective management secured assets portfolio
Principal Accountabilities:
Revenue:
Responsible for P&Lof the product/segment and ensuring CBD remains competitive inbanking products and services in the covered segments and marketswith the objective to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
ProductServices Development:
Developand launch new/revamp products and propositions to enhance PBGprofitability brand awareness and market share in Secured Assetsegment
Portfolio Management:
Analyseportfolio behaviour in order to and implement effective andtargeted marketing programs designed to attract additionalbusiness.
Yield/Revenue analysis at Product/Segment level
Reduceattrition
Determine segment product performance
Identify revenue /cost reduction opportunities
Customer retention and loyalty program tominimize attrition
Key performance indicators (KPIs) for performancemonitoring and quality measurement purposes and monitor achievementon periodic base
Digital Product Management
Digital Product On boarding
Enhanceand design customer centric Digital Products roadmap and prioritizeboth business and customer needs.
Onboard digitalpartnerships with franchise partners related to Banking productsincluding 3rd party engagements
Continuously reviewand enhance Product on boarding journeys in the fastest and mostseamless way keeping customer in mind
DigitalServicing
Work with Client Engagement team to reviewmonitor customer feedback across different digital channels i.e.complaints enhancement suggestion and create voice of digitalcustomer forum in liaison with Client Engagement team
Digitalmarketing communication adoption and engagement
Work with product leads and marketing to monitor andimprove digital marketing plan/calendar for strategic focus ondigital Mortgage and Auto.
Ensure readiness of various marketingcollaterals timely execution of marketing calendar of variousdigital marketing campaigns.
Strategic:
Assist Head ofthe unit in developing and implementing strategies and plans toachieve Sales Revenue and Profit targets.
Building the overallstrategy for the divisions revenue models and delivery channel andcoordinate in preparation of annual Balance sheet forecasts andprofit and loss estimates.
Works closely with Head of Sales andBranches to establish product sales targets for all channels andsegments.Responsible for establishing product sales targets andbusiness objectives for each product working with Head of AssetProducts to develop products for distribution via multichannel tosupport segmentation strategy.
Process Reengineering:
Responsible for business process and functionality via each channelto ensure customer and staff experience with originating productsales is user friendly and cost effective.
Competitionand Market Watch:
Ensure ongoing increase in market shareand sustainable growth rate in the markets conduct gap analysis andcontinually improve our products and channels delivery responsiblefor increasing Market share for PBG Assets
SupportUnit Management:
Develop seamless relationships with allkey stakeholders (Sales Risk Legal & Compliance IT& Operations Marketing and Business Quality) in order toensure smooth launch of new products and propositions.
Leadinternal and crossfunctional teams to solve business problems.Training:
Ensure adequate producttraining is provided to sales / distribution channels and serviceunits on regular basis
