Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies:

Drive online sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to different retail platforms, marketplaces, and our company website.

Manage online marketplaces, online retail and company website: Monitor competition: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge on our company website.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies, manage inventory, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all online sales channels, including the company website.

Build and maintain relationships:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including online marketplaces and retailers as well as collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance the functionality and user experience of the company website.

Provide leadership and training:
Lead a team of online retail sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training to drive performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing.
Strong understanding of the grocery industry.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
Solid knowledge of Magento, Google Analytics, Google Merchant, Mailchimp, One Signal, and Firebase.
