    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience in commercial advisory roles, with a focus on Social infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end PPP project lifecycle is essential.
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of PPP frameworks, project structuring, financing models, and risk assessment.
    • Strong financial analysis skills, including financial modeling, due diligence, and financial risk assessment.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading complex contract negotiations, with the ability to balance the interests of multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate options, assess risks, and make informed decisions.
    • Demonstrated experience in engaging and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, private sector partners, and financing institutions.
    • Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of PPP trends, emerging practices, and regulatory changes.
