Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other teams to understand and analyse business requirements. Design and architect comprehensive CRM solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Development: Write code (C#, JavaScript, etc.) to create custom plugins, extensions, and integrations that enhance CRM functionality. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Data Management: Oversee data migration, import/export processes, and data integrity within the CRM system. Implement data governance policies and maintain data quality standards.
  • Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems, such as K2 workflow engine, marketing automation tools, and data warehouses, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and configure reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to provide insights into customer data and business performance. Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools for data visualization.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to endusers and support staff to ensure effective use of the CRM system. Address technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures within the CRM system to protect sensitive customer and business data. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure the CRM system operates efficiently and meets performance expectations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, development specifications, and user guides. Facilitate knowledge transfer and assist in system documentation.
  • Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and industry trends. Recommend and implement improvements and enhancements to the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including advanced customization, configuration, and development skills.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and SQL for customizing and extending CRM functionality.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications, such as

Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, are often preferred.

  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align CRM solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, gather requirements, and provide training and support to endusers.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management to lead CRM implementation projects and deliver results within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex CRM issues and design efficient solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to lead development efforts, mentor junior team members, and coordinate with other departments.

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
