In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Operations department, providing guidance and support to team members
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to meet operational goals
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the [industry]
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Lead and mentor the operations team in data entry, coordination, and contract management, and the property management team in rent collection and tenant relations, whilst fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, technology, sales, and finance teams to improve operational processes and technology features.
Proven experience in strong problemsolving skills, with a focus on simplifying complex operational challenges and streamlining processes in a fastpaced environment.
Liaise with finance teams to understand and integrate trust accounting and basic accounting principles into operational processes.
Managing rent payments, expenses, and other financial aspects related to property investment.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with various departments, including technology, sales, and finance, to enhance operational processes and technology solution.
Simplify complex operational challenges, maintaining a focus on efficiency and problemsolving.
