In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization to meet operational goals
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the [industry]
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

  • Lead and mentor the operations team in data entry, coordination, and contract management, and the property management team in rent collection and tenant relations, whilst fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with product, technology, sales, and finance teams to improve operational processes and technology features.
  • Proven experience in strong problemsolving skills, with a focus on simplifying complex operational challenges and streamlining processes in a fastpaced environment.
  • Liaise with finance teams to understand and integrate trust accounting and basic accounting principles into operational processes.
  • Managing rent payments, expenses, and other financial aspects related to property investment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with various departments, including technology, sales, and finance, to enhance operational processes and technology solution.
  • Simplify complex operational challenges, maintaining a focus on efficiency and problemsolving.
