    Description
    TPFRecruitment is recruiting for a Senior Accountant/ Accounts& Outsourcing Senior to join a highly reputable Top 40 firmof chartered accountants based in their Dartford office. This is amarket leading accountancy practice who has a fantastic approach toaccounting. They have a very successful team and a great workingenvironment. They are very much focused on providing advice totheir clients as well as the basic compliance services and theyhave a very hands on, holistic approach. Their clients are made upof good quality ltd companies and partnerships with turnovers up to50m, and you will be offered fantastic exposure and clientcontact.

    Thisposition is situated within their accounts and outsourcing team,which works alongside the audit, and tax teams. You will getfantastic exposure, and lots of autonomy, where you can buildlong-lasting relationships with your clients.

    Thisis a progressive and exciting position where you will have lots ofopportunities to develop technically and progress in yourcareer.
    • Managementaccounts and statutory accounts preparation, to include:
    • Ability to gain a detailed understanding of the client s businessand liaise directly with business owners and management;
    • Reviewing and understanding systems and controls and makingappropriate recommendations;
    • Analysing and commenting on the results including developing KPI s;
    • Making business recommendations to the client;
    • Producing budgets;
    • Forecasting and cash flow forecasting using appropriate softwareand/or Excel;
    • Preparing management reporting pack from client s software/trialbalance.
    • Statutory accounts preparation including year-end adjustments andaccounts disclosures, from Trial Balance or books and records, andpreparation of corporation tax computations for review by taxspecialists;
    • Communicate directly with clients;
    • On-site clientwork.

    Requirements

    • ACA/ACCA qualified, part qualified or qualified byexperience
    • Previous experience of working in an accountancy practicecompleting accounts preparation
    • Experience of using Caseware, Iris, Sage, Xero or Quickbooks
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Positive working mentality
    • Organised and methodical worker with the ability to prioritisetasks
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills across all levels within abusiness
