Description

• Manage the procurement process for EPC projects, including sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating contracts for materials and equipment
• Identify potential suppliers and vendors, and conduct supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and usage, and make recommendations for improvements to inventory management processes
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop procurement plans
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clear and welldefined
• Monitor and track procurement activities, and prepare reports on procurement performance
• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and costeffective

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the EPC industry
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
