- Bachelor of science degree inEngineering/ Safety subject orequivalent
- Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of oiland gas industry experience in HSEengineering
- Experience and detailed knowledgeof relevant international codes andstandards
- Knowledge of local/ owner safetyregulations will be preferable to further verify that these arefully incorporated.
- Experienced with HSEModelling computer programs and general businesssoftware
- Good command of written and spokenEnglish
- Good communicationskills
- Good technical team and interpersonalskills
- Ability to make independent decisions inthe planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions tocomplex problems.
- Experience with contractorsand worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in theconstruction of major oil and gasfacilities.
- Shall have the expertise to dealwith FEED deliverables to be developed for the project and ensurethat the facilities to be constructed will be safe to operate andmaintain.
- Flexibility to relocate to EPCContractor's Office
