Description
1.Maintain and update inventory records in our database/system accurately and in a timely manner.- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory manager to place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory shipments.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the database/system records.
- Assist in preparing and generating inventory reports for management review.
- Support in coordinating with various departments to fulfil internal inventory requests.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure inventory levels are aligned with anticipated demand.
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Fresher/ 1-2 years' experience with ERP System.
- Knowledge or aptitude in inventory management preferred.
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
