- Provide safe and timelytransportation services to officials, guests, and staff members ofIIQAF using the organization'svehicles
- Maintain the cleanliness, maintenance,and upkeep of all assigned vehicles
- Ensurecompliance with traffic and safety regulations at alltimes
- Assist with errands, deliveries, andother ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Coordinate withthe relevant departments to plan and schedule travel routes andarrangements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords of vehicle log, fuel consumption, andmileage
- Report any incidents, accidents, ordelays to the management immediately
- Maintainconfidentiality and discretion while carrying out allduties
- Minimum of High School Diploma orequivalent
- Valid Driver's License andexcellent driving record
- Punctual, reliable,and responsible
- At least 2 years of experiencein a similar role, preferably in a corporate or NGOsetting
- Knowledge of local traffic laws andregulations
- Good communication andinterpersonal skills
