- Sourcing and developing new brandsand categories by analyzing the gaps opportunities vs M&Srange and the markets trends
- Launching newprojects commercially.
- Planning/achievingagreed net margins, wastage & markdown as per foodstrategy
- Tracking and reporting key functionalmetrics to maximized profits, grow market share and sales, andcreate joined business plans for growth with regional suppliers inline with the food strategy and with M&S Plan Asustainability plan.
- Liaising with UK,planning, ordering, listing and forecasting M&S product forall markets in MENA and manage stocks to ensure full availabilityacross all MENA stores. (M&S nonfood, Caféingredients)
- On-boarding suppliers and sourcingstrategies.
- Signing commercial agreements withsuppliers and implementing in store activities related to localsupplier.
- Category management and storelayout.
