    Description

    Job Purpose:

    To ensure optimum quality of costing service following BMW Group and AGMC standards and successfully contribute to achieving Service Department target and the organization vision and mission.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Costing of all job cards according to BMW guidelines. (KSD, FRU planning & costing).
    • Assisting in warranty processing.
    • Updating APAS/ISPA status.
    • Following the QMA procedures and guidelines.
    • Working flexible hours depending on the workload.
    • Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
    • Support overall objectives of the department.
    • Seeks, appreciates, assists, and participates significantly in unit specific projects or cross Departmental ones.
    • Takes the initiative and suggests to develop and improve works quality and services.

    Candidate Specifications:

    • 2 to 3 experience in customer service and administration.
    • Passionate about cars
    • Experience in the Automotive - Body shop industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong Communication skills, written and verbal.
