- Costing of all job cards according to BMW guidelines. (KSD, FRU planning & costing).
- Assisting in warranty processing.
- Updating APAS/ISPA status.
- Following the QMA procedures and guidelines.
- Working flexible hours depending on the workload.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction and retention at all times.
- Support overall objectives of the department.
- Seeks, appreciates, assists, and participates significantly in unit specific projects or cross Departmental ones.
- Takes the initiative and suggests to develop and improve works quality and services.
- 2 to 3 experience in customer service and administration.
- Passionate about cars
- Experience in the Automotive - Body shop industry is highly preferred.
- Strong Communication skills, written and verbal.
