Job brief


The goal is to facilitate the team's activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and nonfinancial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Preparing & Sending quotations / proposals for commercial, Residential & Retail customers from the advised of Sales Section Heads, Salesmen and Key account salesperson.
  • Generate and sending the Daily Sales reports, for all depots on daily basis.
  • Coordinate between Sales Section Heads, Salesmen, Contact Center, and Accounts & Distribution.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to UAE laws and company policies

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
  • Proven excellent in coordinating sales coordinating with clients for timely delivery and order processing.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic would be advantage)
  • Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team playerwith high level of dedication
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset

AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
