We are G+1 contracting company specializing in fit out of Residential, commercial projects. We are looking for a Business development manager to start immediately.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, project managers, designers.

Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.

Research in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business and ability to generate revenue and maximize profit in the process of achieving sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

Must have an excellent contact network in the UAE mainly with consultants and contractors.

Excellent Negotiation and networking skills with Strong communication and presentation skills.

Engineering Degree / Diploma.

Driving License is a must.

Minimum 5 years experience in the UAE construction/Fit out industry

Salary:
From AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
