Day-to-day operations:


  • Carry out 3D modelling of services using PDMS/ CADMATIC based on design inputs provided by Design Engineers/ Lead Engineer.
  • 2D extraction for support details and layouts from 3D models. Clash checking with other services.
  • Prepare coordination drawings.
  • Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, production /construction drawings, and MTOs/ bill of quantities.
  • Prepare equipment schedule and MTO for pipes, fittings, valves, and equipment.
  • Carry out site measurements for the preparation of drawings and incorporating changes and comments.
  • Liaise with other design/ drafting personnel to identify/ incorporate interfaces.
  • Follow DDW-D and projectspecific drawing and document control procedures.
  • Ensure comments/ changes are properly tracked and incorporated.
  • Store/ file drawings and documents in the order as per relevant procedure.
  • Support procurement and fabrication/ construction activities, keep track of redline markups, as built documentation etc.

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge in Drafting software's mainly Auto CAD, PDMS, CADMATIC, Navisworks etc.
  • Knowledge in MS Office such as Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge in ERP software preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in Piping & HVAC 3D Modelling.
  • Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and other discipline related project and engineering documentation.

Education

  • ITI/ Diploma in any discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Training

  • Advanced Knowledge in 3D Modelling software PDMS, CDMATIC Advanced knowledge in AutoCAD and Drafting Tools, MS Office.
  • Experience in using Navisworks, SP3D

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in Piping modelling for LQs/ Platforms.
  • Experience in Piping modelling for Offshore platforms

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED10, AED11,000.00 per month
