• Budget and ScheduleManagement: Take ownership of project budgetsschedules and specifications ensuring adherence to clientrequirements and contractual obligations.
• Client RelationshipBuilding: Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith clients and consultants to foster repeat business and achievehigh levels of customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership:Lead and mentor team members providing guidance and support toenhance performance and productivity.
• ConstructionCoordination: Coordinate all construction activitiesresolve technical issues and oversee subcontracted work to ensuretimely completion and quality results.
• Quality Assurance:Monitor material delivery quality and installation to ensurecompliance with project criteria and industry standards.
• Health Safety andEnvironmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence tohealth safety and environmental standards implementing measures tomitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
• Reporting andCommunication: Provide regular feedback tomanagement on project progress budget performance and any issues orconcerns that may arise.

Qualifications andSkills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relatedfield.
• 15 years experience in a ContractingCompany in UAE.
• Proven experience as aConstruction Manager demonstrating strong leadership and projectmanagement skills.
• Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and MicrosoftOffice suite.
• Thorough understanding ofconstruction processes materials and methods.
