_Urgent Requirement for a Personal Secretary _ _(Looking for Immediate Joiners) _


CANDIDATES MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN A REAL ESTATE COMPANY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most costeffective orders
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Excellent in Excel and reporting.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


- Proven 3+ years of experience as Secretary or similar administrative role

- Proficient in MS Office & ERP Software

  • In depth knowledge of office management as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic management research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Graduation in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- secretary/assistant: 4 years (preferred)

  • Real Estate company: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Urdu/Hindi or Tagalog (required)
