_Urgent Requirement for a Personal Secretary _ _(Looking for Immediate Joiners) _CANDIDATES MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN A REAL ESTATE COMPANY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most costeffective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible. Excellent in Excel and reporting.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven 3+ years of experience as Secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office & ERP Software
- In depth knowledge of office management as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
- Familiarity with basic management research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Graduation in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- secretary/assistant: 4 years (preferred)
- Real Estate company: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Urdu/Hindi or Tagalog (required)
