    The Role
    Our client is a high profilemultinational company. They are currently seeking aFacilities/Office Manager to join their team in Dubai.

    Thecandidate will be based in their Clients Dubai office location andbe responsible for the following duties:

    Job Responsibilities:

    Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team membersRun routine maintenance inspections Monitor interior and exteriorareas of the office for cleanliness and general conservationPrepare and implement project budgets and timeframes Comply withall health and safety policies and procedures Supports companyoperations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

    Maintains office services by organizing office operations andprocedures preparing payroll controlling correspondence designingfiling systems reviewing and approving supply requisitions andassigning and monitoring clerical functions.

    Maintains officeefficiency by planning and implementing office systems layouts andequipment procurement.

    Completes operational requirements byscheduling planned preventive maintenance (PPM) with specializedvendors Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budgetscheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiatingcorrective actions.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishingrelated results as needed.

    Requirements

    Skills and qualifications: Advancedmechanical and plumbing skills Knowledge of HVAC and other buildingsystems Excellent time management and multitasking skills Basicunderstanding of accounting and finance principles Great leadershipand problemsolving skills Preferred qualifications: CertifiedFacility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent HospitalityBackground Experience planning and maintaining Facility budgetExcellent verbal and written communication skills Professionalleadership experience Contract handling experience Strong attentionto detail
