    As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d), your greatest recognition comes from seeing the company grow with your help.     Your responsibilities:
    • Your primary focus will be generating partnerships for personal brand of Dirk Kreuter brand, specifically through Podcast and YouTube in the United States.
    • Your main goal is to increase Dirk Kreuter's reach across all social media channels in the U.S. market.
    • You will negotiate both short- and long-term partnerships and alliances, including their terms and conditions.
    • You will be the main point of contact for all matters related to external partnerships in the U.S. market.
    • You have gained an expertise in the coaching and education sector specifically for the U.S. market and your main goal is to monitor and identify potential risks as well as opportunities for us. 
    • You will contribute ideas, develop strategic concepts, present them to the C-level, and then implement them.

    • Ideally, you have builded up an existing network in the social media/podcast sector and have proven success in acquiring cooperation partners.
    • Very good knowledge in the coaching market and legal conditions in the U.S.
    • You have a strong understanding of YouTube and podcasts.
    • You possess excellent communication skills in both german and english.
    • You have a friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
    • You are characterized by high flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
    • A hands-on mentality and a structured, self-reliant work style are natural to you.
    • You are a trustworthy individual with high social competence and a strong sense of initiative.
