InvesQ Property Brokerage L.L.C is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring process and onboarding process
  • Provide orientation for new employees and explain benefit programs
  • Maintain human resources records and track employee attendance, vacation, and sick time
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
  • Carry out necessary administrative duties
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews and report to management
  • Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness
  • Create clear and concise reports
  • Ensure compliance with HR labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
  • Maintain employee and workplace privacy
  • Possess experience in human resources or a related field
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
  • Ability to give presentations
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent emotional intelligence

  • Knowledge of/experience with UAE Labor laws & Real Estate
