- Supervise and coordinate the workof maintenance staff, including technicians and custodialpersonnel
- Develop and implement preventivemaintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of allfacilities
- Inspect and evaluate the conditionof different systems, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, andsecurity
- Oversee the repair and maintenance ofequipment and infrastructure
- Maintain accuraterecords of maintenance activities and monitor the inventory ofsupplies
- Ensure compliance with safetyregulations and guidelines
- Implement andenforce policies and procedures related to maintenanceactivities
- At least 5 years of experience in asimilar maintenance supervisor role
- Strongknowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing,HVAC, and security
- Excellent leadership andsupervisory skills
- Effective communication andinterpersonal abilities
- Proficient in computerapplications related to maintenancemanagement
- Ability to work independently andhandle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail andproblem-solving skills
