    We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Showroom Manager specializing in Sanitary Ware and Building Materials to lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing showroom operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your extensive industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and leadership prowess will be critical in elevating the success of our esteemed company.

    Responsibilities

    Leadership and Team Management:

    1. Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
    2. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    3. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    4. Ensure excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers when needed.
    5. Oversee product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our sanitary ware and building materials.

    Showroom Operations:

    1. Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized showroom layout.
    2. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure adequate stock for display.
    3. Implement strategies to optimize the showroom layout for maximum customer engagement.
    4. Set and monitor sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
    5. Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive showroom traffic.

    Reporting and Analysis:

    1. Prepare regular reports on showroom performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
    2. Analyze trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    1. 5+ years of experience in a senior managerial role within the sanitary ware and building materials industry.
    2. Thorough knowledge of sanitary ware products, building materials, and industry trends.
    3. Proven track record of successfully managing a showroom and achieving sales targets.
    4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Proficiency in English and Arabic (added advantage).
    6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    7. Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and sales databases.
