• Day to day hands on control of the workshop and production 2. To carry out in-process inspection of all production activities, report any discrepancies noticed
• Good technical knowledge and carry out all types of Lifting slings fabrication and assembly including but not limited to Flemish eye, Grommet, Polypropylene rope, Chain slings and Manila rope 4. Good knowledge and skill to operate Swaging machine, spooling machine, Fusing machine and Forklift truck 5. Capable to read and understand work orders and special technical instructions, report any discrepancy noticed 6. Good technical knowledge related to identification of type of spare and materials as per the specification 7. Perform duties in accordance with relevant Procedures/Work Instructions 8. To maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop areas 9. Properly maintain storage and quarantine areas 10. To assist the inspection Engineers for carrying out inspection, load testing etc. 11. To carry out maintenance/service of the work equipment / tools and keep record for the same 12. To conduct workshop meetings/tool box talks to workshop staffs 13. To attend safety meetings/briefings and adhere to all company policies and procedure 14. Carry out duties as and when required by the Management. 15.
