Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2. Basic understanding of incident management principles and practices. 3. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace is advantageous but not mandatory. 4. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. 5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. 8. Ability to think analytically and solve problems efficiently. 9. Working in rotational shifts
