• Coordinate with the quality department to address all quality and customer issues
• Use plant reporting and accounting systems to ensure cost control, make capital recommendations and deliver cost reductions
• Ensure corrective action investigation and root cause analysis are performed
• Set and execute the strategy for the manufacturing group to become a bestinclass and globally competitive manufacturing site by utilizing Lean manufacturing techniques of production performance
• Initiates, implements and maintains lean initiatives to create transparency
• Manage Production Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Coordinator position

• Experience in leading and managing other team members is highly desirable
• Extensive experience in various aspects of production management
• Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Combination 2 plus years experience as Production Manager, promoter rep, or event coordinator
• Must Ensure a positive and creative environment for the Venue

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
