    Director of Talent AcquisitionSeeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition who is fluent in Arabic to lead recruitment efforts in the Middle East region.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the local labor market dynamics.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent across the Middle East region.

    Lead and manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and talent acquisition specialists to ensure the successful execution of recruitment strategies and achieve hiring targets.

    Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define hiring requirements, and develop recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry networks to enhance recruitment capabilities and employer branding.

    Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition function to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates and promote a culture of belonging.

    Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

    Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment processes.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and employment practices in the Middle East region.

    Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote employer brand awareness and attract top talent.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    Experience in talent acquisition, with years in a leadership role overseeing recruitment teams.
    Fluency in Arabic and English languages is required.
    Proven track record in designing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in the Middle East region.
    Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
