The Role
We are looking for a meticulous anddetailoriented Document Controller to join our team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for managing and controlling allproject documents ensuring their accuracy quality and integrity.The Document Controller will play a crucial role in organizing andmaintaining project documentation in compliance with companystandards and industry regulations. Responsibilities: Manage andcontrol the flow of documentation within the organization and withexternal parties Establish and maintain document control processesand procedures Ensure all project documents are accurately andefficiently distributed tracked and filed Review and verify theaccuracy and quality of documents including drawings specificationsand correspondence Maintain document logs registers and databasesto track the status of documents and ensure timely retrievalCoordinate with project teams to ensure all documentation is incompliance with company standards and project requirements Assistin the preparation of project reports presentations and otherdocumentation as required Conduct regular audits to ensureadherence to document control procedures and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in asimilar role within the MEP industry Familiarity with documentmanagement systems and software such as SharePoint or Aconex Strongunderstanding of document control processes and best practices Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizationaland time management skills Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic environment Good communication andinterpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant industry regulations andstandards
