- Follow menus, recipes, and directions provided by the Chef de Partie.
- Prepare in advance all necessary food, beverages, materials, and equipment for the service.
- Ensure the station is well-stocked and organized for efficient service.
- Execute recipes accurately and precisely according to order specifications.
- Innovate and enhance recipes when appropriate, seeking guidance as needed.
- Provide clear direction to Commis and kitchen helpers in the assigned section.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the team.
- Remain visible in the assigned section during service hours.
- Actively assist team members in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Adaptability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
