Our Client-A leading International bakery with multiple outlets across UAE is looking for Demi Chef de Partie maintaining food quality, ensuring preparation readiness, executing recipes, providing guidance to the team, and actively participating in the overall kitchen operations.

Position: - Chef De Partie - Demi
Package: -2000 K -3000 K (AED).
Location: -Dubai.
Experience: - 3+ Years of Similar industry is must.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain High Food Quality:

• Adhere to established standards to ensure a consistently high level of food quality.
• Follow menus, recipes, and directions provided by the Chef de Partie.

Preparation and Readiness:

• Prepare in advance all necessary food, beverages, materials, and equipment for the service.
• Ensure the station is well-stocked and organized for efficient service.

Recipe Execution:

• Execute recipes accurately and precisely according to order specifications.
• Innovate and enhance recipes when appropriate, seeking guidance as needed.

Team Direction:

• Provide clear direction to Commis and kitchen helpers in the assigned section.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment within the team.

Visibility and Assistance:

• Remain visible in the assigned section during service hours.
• Actively assist team members in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
